I hold a Bachelor’s and Master’s in Exercise, Sport Science and Nutrition. With years of experience in natural wellness and women’s health, my mission is to empower women to take charge of their health to feel balanced, strong, and well from within.

When I’m not in the clinic, you’ll find me on the farm with my family and my animals or riding my horse, living the holistic lifestyle I love to share.
